Plenary is an adjective that is used to describe something being attended by all the people who have the right to attend. Something which is complete in every way. Unlimited or full.

Examples:

  2. A ‘plenary’ event was held to educate people on the future predictions of this countries climates.
  3. The ‘plenary’ meal was given to those less fortunate so that they may also get a taste of the blessings that we have in our lives.
