Pestilential

Pestilential is an adjective that is used to describe something that is painful, troublesome, harmful or even annoying.

Examples:

  1. The smell in the room was so horrendous, that it could make you nauseous. However later, people became aware that the odour was also ‘pestilential’.
  2. He is a very ‘pestilential’ individual, especially when he assiduously shows childish behaviour.
  3. The troubles that he faced in his life, turned him into a ‘pestilential’ individual. However after he found Islam, his heart once again become soft and gentle.
