Erratic is an adjective that when used describes behaving or moving in a way which is not consistent or regular. Deviating from what is considered a normality. Wandering.

Examples:

  1. He is definitely one of a kind, especially with his ‘erratic’ behaviour and actions.
  2. He drove to the destination through an ‘erratic’ route.
  3. She had an erratic way of running a business; employees wearing what they want, sitting where they want, working how they want. Nevertheless this culture has in turn created massive success for her.
