Equitable is an adjective that is used to describe that which is just and fair. Equal. Reasonable.

Examples:

  2. It seems as though the justice system of the world isn’t ‘equitable’ and has it’s knickers in a twist. You see those who commit horrible crimes serve less time behind bars, than those who commit petty crimes.
