Dubious is an adjective that when used describes being doubtful. Having doubt. Questionable. Causing doubt, uncertainty or suspicion.

Examples:

  1. He is always ‘dubious’ about his decisions in life, and through this he tends to be stagnant in his progression towards his goals in life.
  2. After interviewing the individual, the members of staff were extremely ‘dubious’ in regards to his answers and how cognizant he stated that he was – in his field.
  3. Her ‘dubious’ nature had gave her a great deal of success. She was able to always question statements and information that was brought to her conscious.
