capricious

Capricious is an adjective that is used to describe something which is not logical or reasonable. Changing often or quickly. Erratic.

Examples:

  1. The employees of the organisation were under the governing of a ‘capricious’ manager.
  2. The ‘capricious’ growth of the business was indescribable, so much so that the senior staff are still spending a great deal of time trying to figure out how it all happened.
  3. Her behaviour was ‘capricious’ to say the least and to top it off she never really stops to explain anything.
